Telephone Support
Telephone support is included in all our contracts and, for a fixed monthly fee, you can call us as many times as you like. We aim to provide rapid resolution to your problems with clear and concise advice to help you resolve any reoccurring issues in-house. There is always help available at the end of the telephone and we guarantee that your call will be answered and dealt with immediately by a qualified engineer. We have also invested in the latest helpdesk software – the support ticketing function automatically notifies our clients, giving them up to date status reports.

Remote Support
By installing an innovative piece of software on your I.T. system, Netstar are able to access, monitor and control any PC, laptop, server or workstation through your Internet connection. This enables our engineers to remotely fix any problems without the involvement of your staff and without any intrusion.

On-Site Support
If our engineers cannot fix your problem either by telephone or remotely or, if you require network administration, installation or configuration, we will send an engineer to your office the same day within the time period specified under the Service Level Agreement. We will ensure that he is familiar with both your system and business working environment in order to minimise any disruption.

As part of our first class service pledge, Netstar will even attend your offices at the weekend, if required, to reduce downtime.

Advanced 24/7 Monitoring
Our proactive monitoring policy means that we can resolve any issues or problems as soon as they arise before they can actually impact on your business. Investment in an advanced monitoring system in our offices, complete with a New Plasma Display system allows our engineers to be immediately alerted to any potential fault.
