Netstar’s talented team of engineers have both the expertise to provide a variety of technical skills and support usually only available to the largest corporations.

We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner (the highest level of accreditation from Microsoft) and our engineers are all at least Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) qualified. Furthermore, as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, you can be assured that we understand and support the needs of a small business – after all, good I.T. can really make a difference!

PERSONAL SERVICE
In order to ensure each and every customer receives a professional and friendly service, you will be allocated a technical manager and two technicians who will be responsible for maintaining your I.T. system. The same engineer who conducts your audit will be on hand to answer any queries you may have, thus ensuring complete continuity of service.

4. FLEXIBLE HOURS: We appreciate that not all businesses operate from 9-5 and work beyond core hours to ensure the continued smooth running of your business and to minimise downtime.
Our offices (based in Ilford and London) are open 8am-6pm but we also operate an out of hours maintenance service and 24/7 emergency support. If you need a network installing at the weekend, we will be there! With more than one office, we can also be available to businesses operating from multiple sites.

5. COMPLETE I.T.  PACKAGE: Netstar offer clients a “complete I.T. package” which means that you will deal with ONE company for all your I.T. needs.

You will rarely find both the best I.T. hardware and software from a single source, Netstar select the best products and then act as a single point of liaison for all manufacturers should you need to contact them. All this and only one bill to pay!

If you require the installation of a server or any hardware, we will provide you with a fixed price, irrespective of the time required to complete the work.

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) reinforces our commitment to exceptional customer support and, if we cannot meet your expectations, we will refund the cost of one month’s support.

Should you choose to sign up with Netstar, we automatically provide new clients with a 3 month “free” period as we are confident that you will choose to stay with us!
