Mit Patel
Managing Director In 2002 at the age of 20, Mit founded Netstar. He has helped grow Netstar to become an indispensable partner to some of London’s finest businesses, including well known names in the Financial Services industry.
Mit works across all aspects of the business including strategic planning and key account management.
Mit is focused on ensuring the delivery of a high quality service, and providing strategic value to help our customers overcome their business challenges.
Malcolm Diack
Senior Strategist Malcolm has over 15 years experience in the industry, and has previously worked as an Operations Director and Solutions Strategist within other well known technology companies.
Malcolm is focused on our clients, listening to their pain points, needs and technology requirements. With his experience in the tech industry he is well placed to recommend software and hardware solutions, as well as business processes, to help our clients achieve their business goals.
Malcolm acts as a Virtual IT Director for many of our clients, and his recommendations have been valuable in helping them increase revenue, improve efficiency/productivity and to reduce risk.
George Thirunilam
Service Delivery Manager George is responsible for overseeing the reactive and proactive support teams, using his wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to assist our engineers in meeting the needs of our clients.
George is Netstar's longest serving employee, solving IT issues and optimising clients' systems for over 10 years.
Elizabeth Procopiou
Commercial Manager Elizabeth handles new business and manages the projects and professional services teams. She will ensure that all projects, including onboarding, run smoothly and to your expectations.
She has eight years experience within the technology industry, previously holding positions in sales and key account management roles.
Elizabeth possesses a tireless work ethic and a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the cause. She also holds a Master of Science in Microbiology.
Michael Johnson
Head of Account Management Michael heads up the Netstar Account Management team, working closely with our clients to understand their IT and business needs. His focus is on ensuring we provide the best possible advice and care to support our clients’ business goals.
He has a degree in Archaeology and loves to go mountain biking in his spare time.
James Rowlands
Finance Director James has held senior/board level finance roles in a range of businesses and sectors over the past 20 years, including IT Service Providers and Software Developers.
He has worked in businesses ranging in scale from FTSE 250 down to businesses under £1m turnover.
James holds an MBA in Business, and a BAcc in Accountancy.
