London, July 2021 – Netstar are delighted to be ‘Commended’ for the CRN ‘Over and Above’ award, demonstrating how they went the extra mile for their customers during the pandemic.
In May 2021, Netstar were shortlisted for the CRN ‘Over and Above’ award. This award is new for 2021 and recognises businesses, teams and individuals who have delivered exceptional customer service throughout the pandemic. Therefore, going ‘over and above’ their normal duties.
Netstar’s entry outlined the tools, customer service, and complimentary services they offered to their clients when the pandemic hit, helping them to function as successfully as possible.
Netstar Project Manager, Sarah Barraclough, received a special mention for her dedication to conducting PC builds in her own home when no one could commute to the office. Sarah’s willingness to go ‘over and above’ for Netstar’s clients was instrumental in ensuring they could continue functioning effectively during lockdown.
