London, February 2021 – Netstar are delighted to announce that they have won IT Support Service of the Year at the 2021 London Prestige Awards.

The Corporate Livewire London & South East Prestige Awards recognise small and medium -sized businesses that have proven to be the best in their market over the last year.

As part of the awards process, shortlisted companies were asked to provide evidence of how they have gone above and beyond for their clients, ensuring an excellent level of service is maintained despite disruption caused by the pandemic.

The judging panel research each finalist as well as reviewing the supporting evidence provided. Nominees are judged on six main criteria:

  • Service excellence
  • Quality of the product/service being provided
  • Innovative practices
  • Value to customers
  • Ethical or sustainable methods of working
  • Consistency in performance

Winners are then chosen based on their ability to demonstrate excellence in these areas.

Netstar are delighted to have won the award, proving that the service they deliver to their clients is industry leading.
