IT Support in London - Choosing the Right Provider
Managing Directors, CEOs, Finance Directors and the like are used to making key business decisions. But choosing an IT Support Company is different to the usual decisions you might have to make. A lot of the time it feels like an enormous leap of faith – you’re placing a huge amount of responsibility and trust in someone else’s hands. So, how do you mitigate this risk?
How do you know if the IT Support company you’ve identified are actually any good? How can you tell if they’re going to back up their claims of fast response times, as well as provide your business with additional value from a strategy standpoint?
We’ve made it easy for you and put together a checklist.
We conducted a survey to 100 customers to identify what key points make a great IT support provider. The results showed 49% valued speed, 29% valued customer service and 22% valued expertise and technical knowledge. Based on the results, we’ve developed a list of questions that should be asked to identify your future IT provider.

If any company is ticking all of the boxes then you can make your decision with a little more peace of mind!
If that’s not enough, here are some additional tips:
- Look for testimonials and case studies from companies that you recognise – if these companies are happy enough to provide a glowing endorsement, then you should be too!
- Look for accreditations, especially difficult to attain ones that not everybody has – like ISO 270001 and ISO 9001 certifications! These are independently audited and awarded to companies with robust quality standards and security management processes.
- Do they offer proactive maintenance and monitoring? This really is a must. With a proactive IT Partner, you can spend less time reporting problems and waiting for them to be fixed – allowing you to get on with running your business.
