We’re open!

We provide 24/7 support all year around – come rain or shine, Christmas or summer. So in simple terms we are open.

As is our normal process, our response times to your requests vary depending on the type or request, and whether it’s inside or outside of our core working hours:

  • Monday 24 December – business as usual
  • Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 December – out of hours support
  • Thursday 27 and Friday 28 December – business as usual
  • Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 December – out of hours support
  • Monday 31 December – business as usual
  • Tuesday 1 January – out of hours support
  • Wednesday 2 January – back to normal!

Our out of hours team will deal with all critical or standard issues – so if something isn’t working properly. And they will respond to you within 30 minutes. All other requests will be dealt with during normal working hours.
