Earn £££’s or prizes for every successful customer referral you make
As a valued client, friend or partner, we’re giving you the opportunity to benefit directly from any referrals that you pass onto to us that result in new business. And we’ll reward you or your company with a one-off fee or prize, which can range in value from several hundred pounds to thousands, for every successful referral.
How it works
Referrals are valid for any of our managed IT and communications services and solutions.
To claim your referral simply:
- Enter details of your referral on the form below
- We’ll then contact you and your referral to discuss requirements
- Once they sign off, we’ll contact you to arrange your reward
How you’ll be rewarded
For any successful referrals, we’ll make payment directly to you or your company, offset it against your account (if you’re a client); or pay it to a charity of your choice – you choose from:
- Cash, cheque or choice of vouchers
- Credit note to your account, if you’re a client
- Donation to a charity of your choice
How we work out your referral fees
Referral fees are calculated as follows:
IT support contracts
- IT support referrals will pay 10% of the total contract value for a 12-month agreement. For example, an annual contract worth £12K would pay a one-off fee of £1,200.
Cyber security contracts
- Managed cyber security contracts will pay 10% of the total contract value for a 12-month agreement and covers managed cyber security packages and dark web monitoring. For example, an annual contract worth £10K will pay a one-off fee of £1K.
Project work & consultancy
- This type of work will pay 5% of the total project value. For example, a project worth £50K would pay a one-off fee of £2.5K.
- Project work and consultancy covers a wide range of services such as ad-hoc support, infrastructure upgrades, installations and equipment refreshes, phone system upgrades, office relocations, backup and security solutions and professional services such as strategic consultancy.
Telecoms, internet & connectivity solutions
- This type of work will pay 5% of the total value of a 12-month contract and covers phone lines and calls, mobile phone contracts, broadband and connectivity solutions.
- For example, a £500 per month phone bill would be valued at £6K over 12-months and would pay a one-off fee of £300.
- Referral fees will be paid on successful sign up of new clients subject to payment of their 1st invoice.
- If new clients purchase multiple services, then only one referral fee will apply and will be paid for the highest valued service.
- Referrals will not be accepted for existing Air IT clients.
- Referrals will not be accepted for any leads already logged in our CRM or obtained via pre-existing marketing channels and activities.
- There’s no limit on the number of referrals you can make.
- You (the Referrer) are responsible for any tax benefits related to any referral fees received from Air IT.
