Our remote support response times:
Priority 1 (Critical): For critical issues we will make a first assessment within 10 minutes and dispatch an engineer to site immediately. Outside of our core hours we will make our first assessment within 30 minutes and have someone dispatched to site within 4 hours.
Priority 2 (Standard): During core hours we will make our first assessment within 30 minutes and can send an engineer to your location within 3 hours.
