London, October 2021 – Netstar are thrilled to announce that they’ve been selected as finalists for Service Management Team of the Year at the Professional Service Management Awards.
The Professional Service Management Awards (also known as PSMA2021) recognises the achievements of IT service management individuals and teams, whose skills, commitment, and imagination have earned them special recognition.
The Service Management Team of the Year award recognises members of a team that have supported their customers in providing inspirational service delivery and significant business benefit. They will have successfully built trusted relationships with the business to co-create value or adapted their ways of working to support innovation whilst improving the maturity of service management within their organisation.
To earn their place as finalists, Netstar drew on specific examples across their entire business, whereby they all worked as a unified team to ensure the best outcome for their clients. This involved the work their R&D team have done to innovate, as well as the cross-departmental work that went into effectively managing a crisis for their client, Argentex.
They are particularly proud to have been selected as finalists alongside some major brands, including BT Enterprise, Barclays, and Openreach.
Netstar will now create a five-minute video to support their written entry. Once the judges have reviewed the video entries, the awards ceremony will take place on the 16th of November 2021.
